Emotional Intelligence in the workplace
Emotional intelligence in the workplace is important for employee satisfaction, productivity and the overall employee experience at work. Having higher emotional intelligence skills, helps employees make better decisions, solve problems and communicate with others better. Therefore, employees with high emotional skills are more likely to be more successful in their jobs.
